BullFrog Memory Problem

HELP!!!

 

Im currently running a BullFrog 96 in my theatre but for some reason its started acting up.

 

Basically whenever i create a memory in the cuestack and then create a following memory on the next cue, the generics that i take out from the previous scene stay in, to the point where i just end up with all my generics on?

 

Really need some help as i have a show coming up at the weekend!!

Hi Sam,

 

there are two possible cause for this one is the desk is in tracking mode, the second (this is what I think you are seeing) is you have the playback X fader at full when you are recording, if yes this acts like a build on previous so the dimmer channels are being recorder into from via that.

Ahh, that was the problem. Thank ever so much, such a silly mistake but because I was panicking I obviously over looked this and thought it was a problem with a desk haha
