Alpha pack 2 problem

My problem with my alpha pack 2 is that channel 1 is live at all times. It does not need fader moved or dmx to make it live. All lights are on full when pluged in to this channel. Channels 2 and 3 are working allright on fader and dmx. Thanks for help in advance

there are a couple of things that can cause this, it may be the on board fader stuck at 100% it oculd be failure of the triac.

It will need to be looked at to confirm which one it is.
