betapack 2 dmx does not work

i have the betapack 2 and i have several of they all work fine apart from 1 i have changed the internal fuse and the fuse blew i took one out the other betapack2 and it did not responed please can you help me

when you put the second fuse in the unit and apply power does the LED on the front panel actually light?

if not then it sounds like the transformer has failed hence the blown fuse's.
