Problem with programming palettes

Hi

 

Having lots of hit and miss problems with programming our moving heads into the pallettes.

 

For example one minute will set up a postion in the pallette will press store and it stores. Next minute do exactly the same with a different position and it won't save. Can't work out what I am doing wrong! Have tried saving individual fixtures and same problem. Any suggestions?

 

Any help be much appreciated as driving me spare!!!
