Chilli failed message

One of two 24way racks failed yesterday by its own admission. In the hurly-burly I did not record the displayed message but it was along the lines of "button test failed". Rebooting everything sorted it but unsettling. Printed manual today but can see no reference to that error message . Can anyone cast light ?

can you pm the dimmers serial number on the address below. This is normally on the underneath near the LEDs.

If you can not get this, when you power the unit up it will tell you what the firmware version is.
