Sven76 Posted September 16, 2011 Report Posted September 16, 2011 Sorry for the stupid question: I can't see a diferent between the new "solution Series" and the "Leap Frog" series. Could anybody give me a hint? Kind regards Sven Quote
Franck Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 Leap Frog's are green and Solution's are black Quote
Sven76 Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 cool - I love black colored desks more than green ones Quote
Sven76 Posted September 20, 2011 Report Posted September 20, 2011 OK - but fun times aside, now . Is there any difference between the the "solution" and the "leap frog" (except the color)? Quote
Kirkup_xp Posted September 22, 2011 Author Report Posted September 22, 2011 Aside from a cosmetic and marketing redesign, no, the Solution series is internally identical to a Leap Frog 48 and 96. Quote Peter Kirkup
sfalken Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 As you said, the Leap Frog 48/96 and Solution /XL are identical besides the design, so does this mean every upcoming update for the Solution will also be published for the Leap Frog at the same time? So regardless of which desk I'm going to buy, will I be able to receive every update? Or are the Solution and Leap Frog series planned to be split for marketing reasons or whatever, so Leap Frog users would only be able to receive bugfixes while Solution users also get additional features in the future? Thanks Quote
Jon Hole Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 There are minor differences between the two consoles, such as the default view for example. We can't comment on future software releases, as some of those decisions haven't been made yet, but the ZerOS Software, which runs on both consoles, will be supported and invested in well into the future.
