Jon Hole
Hi Carwyn, You can't send commands over ArtNet to trigger cues or submasters. What are you trying to achieve? Maybe we can find another way around this? Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control

Jon Hole
Could you go into more detail about what you would like to happen and when? Maybe you could explain your set up too? Thank You Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
Carwyn
when the film starts we need a command to be sent to the lighting desk to dim the lights a bit whil adverts are on then possibly another trigger to take the lights compleately off then when the credits start lights come up a bit then at the end of the film another trigger to turn the liights backk on again
Jon Hole
These commands wouldn't be sent from the projector, but from whatever your playback device is. Are you using DVD, Video, Hard Disk? If you can give me a product name / model number of your playback device we might be able to find a solution for you. Many Thanks Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
