seegerst Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Since the update to version 6.0 of the Iiyama ProLite T1531SR is no longer a touch screen. You can calibrate this in Desk Setup -> Display, but the operation failed by touch. With the 5.4 version of this works without problems. has anyone this problem? Greetings Thorsten Quote

aurora Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 I have such a problem with version 6.1 and work fine with version 5.4 with this touch screen : http://www.hantouchusa.com/4-wire%20specs/HT150A-NENBS52-R.pdf http://www.hantouchusa.com/controller%20specs/HTUSA-EBU4-3.pdf Sorry it's reference of the touch-screen and touch screen controler as OEM product as I'm do my personal touch screen monitor with EOM material and a classical 15" TFT screen ! I have to downgrade my Frog to V5.4 to use touch screen function. ;( In fact when I try to calibrate on version 6.1, the green box with cross inside don't recognize that I touch the screen and never change color and move at a another point. Certainly because the touch screen controler isn't recognize anymore by the OS. I try of course to reinstall the OS 6.1 at least two times and I change the USB port too... but when I downgrade, everything work fine ! I hope this complete description help you to find the problem for the next revision ! Quote
Jon Hole Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Aurora, Sorry for my delay in replying to your post. Unfortunately, your product isn't listed on our 'compatible external touch screens' post which is available here: http://support.zero88.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3913 In the next release of ZerOS, which will be a free update coming soon, there are a few fixes for some touch screen monitors. Although I can not guarantee that your product will work with this new version of ZerOS, it is certainly worth trying. We will announce here, and on our Twitter page, when the new version is available to download. Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
