Frans Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 Recently we replaced our Sirus 48 desk which started to be unreliable with a Jester 24/48 desk. In general we are very pleased with the Jester but I didn't find a handy function we had on the Sirius. On the Sirius we could copy a memory to a submaster in run mode without effecting the output. I know we have much more submasters now but often groups that visit our theater would like to run there show completely on the submasters. In case when there are more then 48 scenes it would be great to have the possibility to copy more scenes to the already used submasters during the show. For example copy memory 49 to sub1, memory 50 to sub 2 and so on. I couldn't find it in the manual. So the question is if this is possible on the Jester 24/48. Quote
Jon Hole Posted October 22, 2010 Report Posted October 22, 2010 Hi Frans, In Run mode you can only copy the current output, so there would be no way to copy from the memories unless it was either outputting, or you went into program mode. Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control
