Problem with memory playback

Hi, yesterday was my first day working on a new club, I've been working on a fat frog for a year or so and in my new work they have a fat frog too. I wanted to make some chases with the lights, everything went ok until I tryed to playback them, they were shown in the output panel as working but lights were not working. Software was old, 5.4 or so (table said 2004 bios) I'll try to update tomorrow, but I don't know if I'm missing something in the superuser menu or how can I solve this problem, it's a bit annoying. Also, tranfer with time and transfer without time buttons didn't work, I had playback X master at 100% and Grand master too. Any Ideas?

Not aware of any issues with either the chase or cue transfer functions on that version of the OS.

I would run the update and retry the desk to see if this does cure the problem.

 

It may also be worth running the front panel test. PM me on the address below and I will pass the information on for you.

Thanks Jon, I understood he told me to write my location so he could tell me where I should bring the table if problem persists. Nightlife is killing me
