erik
Hi there We have a Leapfrog 96 that is being used in a school. Because of this, the desk is used by many, many people, some in school, some during other "proper" shows and so on. Basically what I want to ask is if you would consider adding more options to the lock feature of the desk, eg to lock only the setup screen, or to lock programming functionality. Locking the programming is not such an issue, but we have school children messing around with the desk's setup. Thanks!
Jon Hole
Hi Erik, This is certainly something we are looking at, and is on the list of things to do - which we are currently prioritising! Hope this is useful! Quote Jon Hole Global Product Manager, Systems and Control

Kirkup_xp
Hi Erik The issue number is ZOS-1246. It has not yet made it to the top of the list, but it's on there... Once we've got some progress, we'll let you know. Peter Quote Peter Kirkup
LJ Kolbe
Hello Peter, Is there any hope for us issue ZOS-1246 will be fixed ? Locking "Setup" by password would be sufficent but additional locking options would be a "nice to have". Great would be something like a booting sequence (like Windows) with 1 "administrator" (Full access to all desk options, create/erase users) and some "users" with own showfiles started after entering their password but not allowed to do something in desk setup. Kind regards Alex
