Think that I may have already dealt with the first question with regards to the RS485 conncetion off forum.

 

To confirm the RS485 or DMX conenction, as it is more commonly refer to, has to be made on the fourway terminal block with in the dimmer. It is labled as -RS485, +RS48v, 0v and AL.

 

The RJ12 is a connection point for us to upload software into the dimmers, or if it is need as a connection for the Chilli network.
