Will Perkins
Hi all, I'm looking to programme some moving head subs on a Leap Frog 48 soon and have done so before, but with a few issues I'd thought I'd attempt to clear up before I have to do it again! I'd like to be able to programme JUST the dimmer of the heads into a sub so that I can busk the rest of the parameters using the MFKs with the shutter closed, however, every time I attempted this before I got all the other info (position, gobo, colour etc) with it even when I went into the comments field and tried to switch off these things! Is there an idiots guide to this? Is it even possible? Many thanks!

Kirkup_xp
Hi Will Are you running in Non Tracking mode? To achieve this, you really want Tracking - Advanced mode. Let me know which mode you're in and we can talk through how to achieve it. Peter Quote Peter Kirkup
Will Perkins
Hi Peter, The desk is currently set to non-tracking mode. Although the context in which my question lies is for busking. As obviously I've got the use of palettes etc, but I'd also like to be able to just have the intensity on a sub to save using the wheels which doesn't give a even manual fade. I'm not really sure of the pros/cons of tracking or non tracking. I've got a vague idea, but perhaps you could clear the difference up too? Many thanks, Will.
