No Parameter Display on Control Wheels

Hi,

 

I am having a problem with our Leapfrog 48 desk. The LCD display above the control wheels is blank and does not show any parameters, which obviously makes programming very difficult. We have been running software version 5.35 and I have just upgraded to v5.4 to see if this solved the problem but to no avail. All other displays function correctly.

 

Can you help, as I have a show to program for tommorow night?!

This sounds like it could be down to a hardware fault - please call the office on Tuesday (Monday is a bank holiday) - +44(0)1633 838088 - they'll be able to check that out for you and arrange a repair if necessary.

Thanks Peter, will do that. Fortunately have old Fatfrog as backup to get me thru the weekend.
