Hi Peter

 

i have just put the update on my desk.

ican no longer get my remote to work

it locked the desk up with a cross on the monitor,

the pc says redrawing then stops . please help.

i have a bug report if helps

I had the same problem with my leap48.

Unfortunately I didn't have a memery stick with me, so I don't have a bug report.

What version of software are you running on your desk? Please ensure it is version 5.4 of ZeroOS which is downloadable here

 

Is your problem with the iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad remote, or the Windows Mobile version?

The update Peter sent me has sorted it out. but not at first i had to go in to the pda and just keep playing around with it and touch wood it seems to be working now.

No problem - we're looking to release a new version of ZerOS soon which fixes this bug. If anyone wants to try it out, please let me know and i'll email you the beta version.

I'm using the latest software V5.4 if i'm correct.

For the remote i'm using a pda with windows mobile 6.1 Professional.

Looks like exactly the same problem as mason.

Sorry about the problems - as Pete says above, this will be fixed in the next release of ZerOS.
