Recently got a new Leapfrog 48, and while using it I've been having a few difficulties. Firstly, when I set a fade down time of 0 to a memory cue, it still takes about 2 seconds to fade down. However, it snaps if I put the override control to fast.

Hi W2EAG,

 

Can you confirm you're runnign the latest software version (Version 5.4.0) and which method you're using to adjust the fade times?

 

We can then look at why this might be.
