leapfrog 48 desk - not booting

Hi We use a leapfrog 48 desk at work to control 12 mac500s and par cans but it will not boot up or load. when you look at the panel the main display just says ZERO 88 and then the support.zero88.com wording but this will just flash - the power is constantly on. none of the fixture lights or the page display is on it is just blank. any ideas or help would be appreciated
