Hello, I need to sync my frog2 with a CD player with output AES/EBU. You can synchronize the output AES/EBU with

input SMPTE of the Frog2

AES/EBU is an audio output signal, not a timecode reference. There is a way of embedding timecode in an AES/EBU output, which you could extract using an external box and then import into the desk using the XLR. But no, there isn't a direct support of AES/EBU inputs.
