deleting presets on generic channels on a bullfrog

Basicly we have some highend sys cyberlights that we use with the board.

But, the dimmer control on the wheel will only go to 80% unless one of the

Generic faders is up then it goes to full. So the question is how do I delete the

Generic preset? I have already reset to factory defaults with no luck. Please help!
