help i have a show in an hour and my desk doesn't even no its a desk

hi i work in a venue in southampton i have installed my own personal fat frog into the venue i have just come back from two weeks of after a tweeter blew in my ear to find my frog doesn't work on the main screen all it displays is zero 88 and the support website on the fixture screen all it displays is fat frog the rest of the desk is totally dead and i can not seem to reinstall the os can any one help me ? I tryed turning the desk of and putting in my os disk and turning it back on its done nothing anyone no whats going on with my console?

There are few things we can look at but it would but it would help to know what age the desk is.
