Chilli 410i Pro and Chilli 5 button outstation

Hi all looking to install a Chilli 410i Pro on some house lights in a hall and have 2 x 5 button outstations one back stage and one at rear of hall. Am I right in saying that if I program 3 of the 12 memories with say

 

Memory 1 : Hall lights full on

Memory 2 : Hall lights off

Memory 3 : Hall lights to Half Dim

 

If I then press the buttons 1,2 or 3 on either outstations then the lights will change to what ever state they have been programmed and fade over what ever fade time has been programmed ? I don't have to have any programming done via a computer link up do I ?
