fatfrog output won't go above 47%

Hi

 

Our fatfrog won't fade up above 47% (DMX level 121).

 

At any level it also flashes down to DMX level 103 randomly

 

The output screen shows 47% but the memory stored value shows FF.

 

I have saved the current show and loaded old show but the problem is still there.

 

The battery seems OK and it is the same on both DMX outputs.

 

It is like a chase is running and LTP is happening.

I think we tracked this to a problem with DIP switches on the preset PCB not being set correctly.
