If using the wheel-control button to programm all parameters of the fixtures -- either tagged or untagged -- to a sub or mem the "---"signs for untagged parameters remain in the display, when the wheel-control is released.

After pressing the Program button, the desk clears all the tags so that you are starting with a clean sheet ready to record the next thing. Hence the display will show "---" which indicates untagged. This is the correct behaviour.

Hello Paul.

I forgot to write that not all parameters show "---". The ones that were tagged before the programming show the current DMX-value, only the untagged (before pressing "wheel group" + "programm") parameters remain at "---".

And in normal case you get the "---" for an untagged parameter on the display only in that moment when "wheel group" is pressed. If you release the button the actual DMX-value is displayed again.

Err yes, this one is a bug. The wheel display doesn't update properly after a programming operation. If you do something else to force the display to refresh though (like change attribute and back again), it will then display correctly.

Frog Reference 5548 - When the desk clears the tags after a programming operation, the wheel LCD is not updated accordingly.

Normally this is true. But you can lock the display on showing the tagged status by holding down F1 and pressing WheelGroup. The LED in the WheelGroup button will illuminate to indicate that the desk is in this mode. Repeat to un-lock.
