Problem with Betapack 2

Hi,

 

My problem is that when the Betapack 2 unit is switched off channel 6 stays on, has anyone got any ideas on how to remedy this? Can I buy spare parts or do I have to buy a new unit?

I assume that you mean that even when the channels are set to 0 the outputs are still on?

Or are you saying that when the control desk is switched off the outputs are going to full?
