Quick recall solo positions

Hi there,

 

I'd like to have a feature so that I can quick recall some memories. These memories contain scanner settings to put a soloïst (guitarist or singer, etc) in the scannerbeams while (s)he is playing a solo. I was thinking of using the submaster flashbuttons in combination with a functionkey, in the desk setup you should define if the flashbutton acts like a button or a switch. In this situation the running shows in the submasters may not be interrupted and after releasing the solo position the running show still should continue.

This sounds similar to the "Quick Flash Scenes" topic in this forum.

 

Now that you can record partial channel data and memories down to attribute level, it may be possible to program the desired effects onto the submasters.

 

However, going back to the state prior to pressing the submaster flash button is the tricky one due to the nature of how the LTP channels in fixtures works - see Pauls post in the "Quick Flash Scenes" topic for details.
