What specs should I look for if I were to purchase a new monitor, probably a widescreen unit? For example, is there a secific "native resolution" that the FF prefers? Paul Posted September 3, 2008 Report Share Posted September 3, 2008 The Fat Frog outputs in VGA text mode (80x50 visible characters, 640x400 visible pixels, 70Hz frame rate) - this is the default mode used by most PC bioses. You probably won't find this information in many monitor specifications, however we've not come across any monitors that have a problem with the Frog series monitor output.
