betapack unwanted flashing

can anyone help, my betapack has started randomly flashing all 6 channels. it happens whenever powered up even with no dmx connection. i think its triac related but how do i test them to find the culprit? i have spares but little idea. any help wud be much appreciated

Which version of the dimmer have you got?

If you are not sure there should be a serial number on the rear panel.
