3.0 Update problem

I am building a huge show on the Leap Frog 96. We are trying to update basic cues and even after the upgrade to 3.0, it is still screwing up. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO GET FIXED! I end up having to reprogram the majority of the show. Is there any solution?

Can you explain a little more about the problems you're having - what is recorded into the cue, what are you trying to update, and what happens when you do update? And how are you performing the update? The update function appears to be working fine on our desks here and is something we've tested pretty thoroughly prior to release.
