Merge Colour Pallets

I wanted to add some fixtures with colours to the auto pallets colours.....Selected fixture (pilot 250) > selected colour > Record > merge > colour 2 > Recorded

 

 

Then when i ....mac 250 wash + Mac 250+ And Pilot 250 colour 2

 

The pilot Changes colour but the mac's don't (they did before i merged the pallet)........Basically the merge function no longer mergers

Do you have Smart Tags enabled? When Smart Tags are enabled and a palette is stored, it tags *all* channels for that attribute. Not ideal in this situation - Smart Tags should be disabled in this case.
