Hi,

We just got our leapfrog 48 today and found some problems with fade times when using GO-button. (every fade 0sec. instead of edited fade times to 10sec.)

Copying it to subs worked fine, also the 10s. fades. (this was with OS 4.0.08... DS2.0)

So we found the new OS update on your site and installed it via bootable USBdevice. (OS4.0.10...DS2.15)

After this it seems that several keys are not responding anymore, i.e. : memory key, submaster key, special MFK.

we're still able to program (rec., give name and number) but can't go to i.e. memoryscreen for further edits....

Only keys working are Prg window, and output window and luckily setupkey!

So we tried also updated with the separate desksoftware 2.15 but....

Still same problems

Any idea?

Hi iljan

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Can you confirm that the two Slave Processors are up to date? To check this, go into Setup/Files/Desk Information and check for any values displaying in red. If any values are displayed in red, hold down SHIFT and press CLEAR to enter the update menu. Select the out of date item and the desk will send the new update across to the Slave processors.

Let us know how you get on and if that doesn't solve it, we'll try and work out whats going on :)
