Submasters

Can attribues such as colour or better effects change their speed and size with the percentage given by the submaster ignoring fade times?

You think about somethin like on a Martin Case - so that you can "fade" to an endposition on the way of the fader? that sound very usefull! Was also thinking about something like that.

This feature was added to version 3 software (Submaster Controls...) and functions in such a way that any attribute set to Submaster Controls... will be faded relative to the fader level instead of fading at the trigger level. For a speed control, program the 'top' speed required (assuming 0 is slow and 255 is fast, program 255) onto the submaster and the fader will allow you level-based control when Submaster Controls... is set to Beamshape. Note that the crossfade is relative to the level the channel was at at the time the submaster starts moving, so you may need to run a memory or another submaster to force the channel to a known value before starting to use Submaster Controls...

I hope this helps - Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year
