Betapack3 Strange Problem

Hi

 

Have 2 betapack 3 units.

1 working fine, the other seems to be a little confused as it thinks channel1 is channel2 & channel2 is channel1. Although the default settings are being used.

All the other channels working fine.

Have reset dimmer pack back to default settings several times via the Hidden Options.

 

any suggestions gladly received

I think that I have already spoken to you about this then.

My best guess is that an output connection has been swapped.

Possibly from the triac to the actual socket/terminal block.
