Laubfrosch
Hi all, during working with the "Leap Frog" I noticed memories which are programmed with preprogrammed "Palettes" like Colour ore Beamshape don´t work properly if fixtures have changed (Pallettes edited). I´d prefer having the memories relating on the palettes( other desks call them focusses or presets), making the work a lot easier on tour or installations with changing configurations. If you have prgrammed your memories under use of the palettes you only need to edit the palette to get the memory working right. with a from Germany Laubfrosch(Sven) Quote Sven Paulsen Klangfarbe Vienna
K-Nine
This is a known bug in the software, and will be fixed in the next software release. The desk does works correctly if you are working in Partial mode, and editing a palette will update the associated memories. In full mode, editing a palette will not update the memory due to a problem in the software. Laubfrosch
The desk was running in Partial mode, but I changed a fixture in the setup. The Palettes were editted but the memories weren´t updated. I hope this helps finding the bug. best regards Laubfrosch ( Sven) Quote Sven Paulsen Klangfarbe Vienna
K-Nine
Hi, Please could you clarify what you did when changing the fixture, ie did you change an exisitng fixture for a different type or add a new fixture into the setup ? Also was this done before or after editing the palettes ? Changing the desk setup re fixture assignments after memories, submasters and palettes have been programmed will have an effect on the fixture data. The actual result will depend on which mode the desk was in and also, if in partial mode, whether the fixture was tagged (programmed) in the memory, submaster or palettes concerned.
