ice Posted April 5, 2005 Report Posted April 5, 2005 When you don't program a submaster and raise it, it starts fading in (don't know why?). That takes about 3 seconds(?) and when you lower it again that also takes the same amount of fading time. Why is that and how can I stop it? It's very annoying when you for instance raise the wrong fader (wrong page by accident) and then have o wait about 3 seconds before you can start the sub you wanted to start. You can't start it while the other one's fading out because you'll just raise the empty one again. Could this fade time be killed? Quote > 500 posts, time for a new T-shirt?
Paul Posted April 6, 2005 Report Posted April 6, 2005 If you change the default submaster fade times in Super User to 0s in Super User, this problem should go away. The curious thing is though, the new default fade times do not seem to take effect on unprogrammed submasters unless you Clear them (select them and hold the Clear button down for a second or so) after changing the default :? In the next version of software we plan to change the default submaster fade times from 3.0s to 0s: Frog Reference 5516 - Default Submaster fade times to be 0s. We'll take a look at this problem at the same time. See also: http://support.zero88.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1320 Quote
