EPPING
I have upgraded my fat frog with the latest software Version 9.6, i can programme a show or load the submasters with no problem. But sometimes when i turn the board off and then turn back on next day the frog has completely wiped all memories and submaster. It goes without saying that i save the show to disk. I am using the board in partial mode. Should I reload the software or is there some other problem????
K-Nine
First check the status of the internal battery - if this has failed or is low this may explain why the desk is losing the show data. Enter Super User mode and select the Desk Information option. Look at the Battery Status option - it normally shows "OK". Paul
This all sounds like the internal battery is on it's way out, or there is a hardware fault on the desk. If it's still within it's 3 year warraty, get it back to us and we'll take a look at it. Keith Rogers is the man to contact (techsupp@zero88.com).
