Colour fanning not working on multicell fixture made in built in fixture builder

Hi,
I recently bought some multicell beam lights (link) to use with my FLX S24 and created a fixture file for it using the in-built fixture editor.
Whilst I can select the individual cells, neither the colour picker nor effects seem to recognise it as a multicell light. Is it possible for it to act more similarly to the generic multicell lights

Thanks in advance,

Anthony

Got same problem with effects on some multicell fixtures.

however, try use the effect ”rump up”, it seam to activate it in best case, then you can use the picker and other effects. Myself have no answer with the problem

I'm guessing here but are you selecting them as whole fixtures (fixture no)not as heads (fixture no.1 thru fixture no.n).

If so then all the heads get whatever the fixture does. You need to select the heads as described.

@kgallen Interesting video @epiclight sorry, forgot you can't use syntax (without a keyboard) on S desks.

What I didn't see in the video is a way to put the same colour spread across each of the fixtures.

To clarify. Say I have a number of linear fixtures, rigged horizontally but in a vertical column (one above the other rather than end to end) and I want a colour spread from red in the first pixel of every one of them to blue in the last pixel of each. How do you do that?
