GLX Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 I'm using 8 scrollers and 12 nodding buckets on a fatfrog. The nodders have claimed the 12 fixture buttons, so i'm using channel 40 to 48 as scroller control. NOW the trouble is when i save the scrollers to a sub(say the third gel in green) and replay the scene and rase the sub the lamp level rises but you can see the scroller gel rolling until it reaches "green". Is there anyway around this without programming scroller colours as memories. Quote
K-Nine Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 Can't think of a simple way at the moment since you are controlling the scroller outputs using the HTP mixing method as they are patched to the generic faders. Therefore the output valiues of the scrollers will be related to the position of the submaster fader Quote K-Nine : Technically Advanced Roving Dog In Space Bran Media | Myspace
GLX Posted November 30, 2004 Author Report Posted November 30, 2004 Before sombody brings it up, NO a bigger desk is not an option unless NZ has a leap frog he wants to set free . But back to the question in hand its a head wreck :| Quote
Haytech Posted December 1, 2004 Report Posted December 1, 2004 Hi GLX, just a suggestion: create a N-Shot chase step1 changing color; step2 rise lamp level. 1 Shot transfer to submaster. Paul Posted December 1, 2004 Report Posted December 1, 2004 You could try creating your own fixture types with the Fixture Type Editor that contain multiple physical fixtures.
