Playbacks not responding correctly

Hi all,

I'm having a strange continuous issue with our FLX where after I have saved a playback, if I set the desk to black and then push up the playback fader, sometimes the desk either doesn't seem to have saved every fixture within that playback, or by lowering and raising the fader again it will produce different results each time.

Sometimes a few fixtures will appear, lower and raise again and other fixtures will appear.

If anyone has any help or advice this would be appreciated. As an FYI, it is a brand new desk (purchased in April) but this issue seems to have been present since we had it.

Hi Nathan,

Please can you confirm which version of software you're running on the console?

Could you also attach a copy of your showfile, and give clear steps on which playbacks it affects etc (apprecaite you said it only happens sometimes, but any info you give us will help us track down the problem)
