Hello. Could you please advise me on the model of potentiometers used on submasters? I need to replace a couple of submasters due to them malfunctioning.

@kgallen has kindly linked to the Solution webpage, which includes the order code for spare Solution faders. You can purchase these faders using this order code from any of our dealers.

@Zebroid66 I have these faders in stock (and presumably so do most Zero88 dealers) - am happy to just supply a couple of faders or to replace them for you (depending where you are of course)
