    I love our Leapfrog 96 but I'm having a lot of problems. The submasters work sometimes, and then not at all. I've tried an OS update to no avail. So as a last resort, I'm trying a system reset but neither the Clear All nor the Reset buttons do anything at all (subs aren't cleared etc.). Is there any...
