Hi, I want to create a new fixture type with the Fixture Type Editor and a question arised. The attribute for the dimmer channel should be set to 'Brighness', right? But doing so, I see no way to assign that channel to a wheel, because as far as I see, the Fixture Type Editor only allows to assign channels with one of the attrtibutes 'Color', 'Beamshape' or 'Position' to the wheels. What do I oversee? Thank in advance, Michael

Hello, our venue just purchased Zero88 solution desk. Before, we had a 72ch console that was more then 15 years old. We were using 8 dimmers with 8ch each to control our standard lightning (PARS, fresnels and etc.) and recently got some moving head, leds, fog machines and etc. I was trying to add to two dimmers that are missing to the console but not sure how to do it since when I try to patch it, I have to press one of the current 48ch and that replace the old setup. How should be able to add more dimmers to the console? Thanks

Hello, Ive got a problem in fact ive got a Chilli 12-10i +rcd dimmer for 12 ARRI Lamps. Now i want to connect the Dimmer to some Moving Lights but the dimmer has no DMX output only a DMX input but hes got a cat 5 output for ChilliNet. Now my question is it possible to connect the dimmer to the moving lights if i use a dmx to cat5 converter? Because if this works not i have to use a second light console and i dont want this. Thanks

The new Showtec XS-2 Duo (identical in spec to the Chauvet Intimidator) is a two-headed moving fixture with a common set of DMX. Can anyone help me with creating a common dimmer control for two addresses (each head has a dimmer with a separate addresses on ch5 & ch6). Personality can be 10, 17 or 20 channels but I have opted (for simplicity for the 10 Ch). I have tried a variety of options but always receive the same message that the fixture may only have one brightness parameter and not figured out a work-around. Hi, I have a problem with one of the Betapack 3 dimmer packs we have in our school. All of a sudden channels/plugs 5 and 6 have stopped working. I've tried changing the DMX channels etc but still no luck. Im wondering if something has gone inside. Any idea's? I dont think its very old. Many Thanks Jack
