Hi, I'm trying to patch some Clay Paky Mythos but, I can't find the device in the fixture file rel. 29. Hi Jon, just a question. Is it possible to set the MFFs Faders freely through channels and playbacks in the same page (e.g. I want to set faders 1-2 to channel and 4-5 to playback) or I can only switch between the two set up for all the faders together? Thank you!

Yes I tried with Windows 8.1 and it works. Just seems that 7.8.2 is a little slower in first load then 7.8.0 Thank you Jon. Hope we'll meet in Italy!!!

Made another try and ... it works!!!! Just formatted two times my stick before doing the upgrade. Windows XP/7/8.1 does not matters. Thank you very much for your help.

I've tried with XP. The problem remains. Abou your suggest, Jon is for "not branded stick" but I'm using the branded one. So I don't know what could be the mistake. The process I'm doing is: 1- Unzip the Zeros Software file 2- Run Zeros Os installer usb exe 3- Follow instructions by the application 4- Plug the Zero88 stick in the usb Solution port (the one closest to the ethernet port) 5- Turn on Solution

I used the zero 88 default stick. Maybe the problem is that I'm using a Windows 8.1 OS to set my memory stick?

Hi Jon. It means that Solutions turns on and a message on the lcd screen says "loading... pleas wait" but upgrade does not start. I've formatted and installed software as administrator of my pc.

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade from 7.8.0 to 7.8.2 version. I follow pdf instructions but, when I plug my Zero88 drive and turn Solution on, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Just seeing your reply post. Problem solved by using different fixtures in close cues. As soon as possible i'll mail you the whole showfile. I was using 8 SGM Idea Beam 300 (fixture file own made) and 6 Martin Mac 401, and few conventional. The cue stack has 130 cues, more or less.

Hi jon! Smart tag is disabled, and I have the same problem. This error happens in no tracking mode too (where smart tag is disabled by default).

I have a similar problem. Programming a show, I'm not able to store in any memory attributes of fixtures that have intensity @ value 0. This happens either in tracking or no tracking mode. Software version is 7.8 off topic:it will be very useful a training in Italy (sigh. .)

Hi everybody, I'm using a Zero 88 Solution for 2 months. I'd like to set a time for fading in palettes. Manual only shows to do it by pushing time button and palette button at the same time. This is not easy to do during a live show, so I hope someone can explain me (if it exists) an easier way to do that or a way to set a default palettes fade time. Thanks for your answer and sorry for my English... ! Andrea.
