Hi, I am currently trying to record a macro that will press the flash button (set as a go button), this works fine but my question/problem is can the macro be set to press the sub master on a set page, so if I am on sub master page one I would like the macro go to page 3 and press flash button for sub 3 (Sub 3/3) In addition if I set the desk to be able to record a page containing 30 subs how can I record a macro to press the flash button for sub 20 (I am on the solution desk not the solution XL desk) many thanks Derek

Hi I have had several problems with the Android remote, the problems all exist on my three devices (Samsung galaxy s2, Samsung galaxy S4, Acer A500) I have updated some posts that mention these problems but not all so thought I would start a new post just to summarise the issues I have. I have connected the remote applications to the Solution and ORB desks and also tried using the phantom zeros for pc My First problem is the application is very slow (to the point it is unworkable) once the application actually loads up and connects to the desk it is very unresponsive freezing frequently. It is actually quicker to walk back and forth to the desk at the back of the theatre than it is to use the remote. (If I connect using the windows remote on my laptop the remote works fine also works fine on Iphones) My second problem is if you rotate the screen the application crashes and has to be restarted. My third problem is due to the increased size of the Galaxy S4 the remote application starts behaving like a remote monitor rather than the hand held remote but the screen size isn’t that big. Can’t you put an option in to choose how you want to run the application, remote or viewer (similar to the windows PC remote). When I run this on my tablet I get an option to view full screen or not, this seems to toggle the application from being remote or viewer but on my Galaxy I get no such option. All in all this application would be a really useful tool if it worked, but as it is I can’t use it effectively on three different android devices, it is letting you down. Is this application being developed further as I haven't see much activity with it, but have seen a lot of people find problems with it? Thanks

Hi I am on V1.4.13 of the android app and i still get the problem when rotating the screen. i am using Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy s4 and Acer A500 am i on the latest version?

Do you know if the android app will be getting updated soon, i have the same problem of the app responding very very slowly (it is also very intermittent). i am also using the solution desk but i have tried using the remote app with an ORB and also the phantom Zeros on my PC and have the exact same problem. the devices i have used the remote app on are Acer A500 tablet, Samsung Galaxy S2 and Samsung Galaxy S4. if i use the remote on Iphone 3 or windows laptop i have no problems so i think it is defiantly a problem with the android app. Note: the desk does not slow down when remote app is connected

Hi. Do you know if this is likely to be implemented as it would be a really use full feature. I am using a solution desk with zeros 7.6 and I also can't copy a sub master to memory stack. If you have already implemented can you let me know how I copy the chase from a sub. Many thanks.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? It would work fine if the desk didn’t record the hard values for the lights attributes and only record the intensity levels. I have attached two basic files one before the insert and one after. afterinsert.isf beforeinsert.isf

Is this a known error on the desk?

firstly I will explain my setup. the desk is set for basic tracking and I have smart tags enabled. For this problem I have set up a test using one moving light and 4 generics. If I record a basic cue stack of 5 cues. Cue 1 has the ML position at X0,Y0 colour white (7) and generic 1 up full (only ML , CNL 1 are @ 100%) Cue 2 has ML intensity taken down and Generics 2,3,4 add to full (only CNL 1,2,3,4 are @ 100%) Cue 3 has ML untouched and Generics 2,3 set to 0% (only CNL 1,4 are @ 100%) Cue 4 has ML untouched and Generics 1 set to 0% (only CNL 4 is @ 100%) Cue 5 has the ML position at X255,Y255 colour Blue (150) and generic 3 up full (only ML,CNL 3,4 is @ 100%) All works fine at this point. The moving head moves in dark and lights light when they should. If I inset a cue (3.5) using the ‘Cue Only’ option. Cue 3.5 has ML position at X100,Y100 colour Pink (14) all generics at 0% (only ML is @ 100%) This all works fine for the Generic channels and intensityof the ML. but the Moving head starts moving to the next position and colour (for cue 5) while it is fading down (from Cue 3.5). I have also tried adding the ‘Don’t Move’ Macros to the cues but they have no effect on the problem cues. Why has the move on dark stopped working at this point of the stack when inserting a ‘cue only’ step? How can I stop this from happening? Many thanks.
