Hi! I couldn't manage to control the light and do a program. this error message was pop out in the screen " DESK LOCKED Operation inhibited while desk is locked <OK>" Did you encounter this problem before? Please find attached file. Please help.

Hi, Any body can help me regarding jester 12/24. my device was continually blinking when powering on and there is no visible data on the small screen where you are doing the program. Appreciate your help guys. thanks, Wods
