Hi Nic, Just had to order some of these on Monday, so i've done some shopping around! We ordered from Farnell in the end as they were cheaper than both RS and CPC. The part code from Farnell is 279353 (http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/search/productdetail.jsp?sku=279353&CMP=i-bf9f-00001000) It's a 150mA version. Hope this helps Rob
