When the desk is turned off, I lose most of the Submaster names that are saved, although the data in the submasters is still intact. I am currently using Version 5 of the software, and there's still this problem. Is it a problem with the desk generally, or just a problem with my desk ? Thanks Ryan Ward, Brunel University
