I ever do it before but now why my smart Tag is not in the Multifunction Buttons. and when ever i shutdown my board ,fader 94-96 cannot use. but will be back when i "reset all" it have virus in my board?

i have leapfrog 96 I alway group on my submaster .but when i try to memory (go) it read only from preset ,not from submaster . what kind of mode that i wrong. thank for your help . eji.
