  1. Hi, I just updated one of our LeapFrog 96 to ZerOs 7.8. After the update the touchscreen (ELO) is detected when connected and can be calibrated. Some seconds later it stops responding. Disconnecting and reconnecting leads in the same situation. The monitor is connected directly to the desk, no hub. Downgrading to 7.7 fixed the problem. Regards, Jo
  2. Hi Jon, regarding screen size, what do you thing about this idea: For remoting with iphone/ipod/ipad or Android phone it is not nessesary to have the complete function set of the desk. I think it es more usefull to have a tiny tool to remote the dimmer channels and submasters while working on the stage (adjusting lamps or viewing scenes from different positions). So it would be nice to have the possibility to select one fader (i.e. via keypad or Prev/Next-Button) and then just one big fader on the screen that is easy to touch, even with a big thumb ;-) Regards, Jo
  3. Hi, I found out that there is special edition of LightConverse Net-In(?), but there is no detailed Information about it on the website. So my question is what about the pricing and where to buy? Regards, Jo
  4. Hi Jon, today I've connected two new and unused keyboards (same type like the old ones) and... eveything went fine! Seams like the three keyboards I took for testing are broken and causing the problems. The only thing I do not understand is that the old keyboards are working fine on a PC. I'll keep you informed on the results of further examination... Regards, Jo
  5. Hy, since ZerOS 7.1 we have strange problems with our desks using USB keyboards (Cherry G84-4100 USB). On our LeapFrog 48 the keyboard crashes the coprocessor so that the desk gets unaccessible and an error is displayed on startup. On our LeapFrog 96 the LEDs on the keyboard are blinking and the keyboard does not work. On this desk the problem appears randomly and after some reboots the keyboard works as expected. We've allready changed the keyboards and connected them to different USB ports. With ZerOS 6.x we had no problems like this... Any ideas? Regards, Jo
  6. Hi, today I've tested the Android Remote on my new X8 with LeapFrog 48 (V7.1) and got stuck after a few minutes. The App is absolutly not useable on the phone. First of all the App was closed if turning the phone from portrait to landscape (reproduceable). The other thing is that the UI is not accessible. The channel faders are to small and the submaster faders have a height of max. 7mm including the up/down buttons. Even if I use my smallest fingertip I can not handle it. Looking forward to the next release... Regards, Jo
  7. Hi Peter, as we met at Frankfurt I told you about the missing value for LTP trigger level when editing submaster settings. Is there a timeframe for the bugfix? Not quiet urgent, but it makes life easier if don't always have to remember to set the value manually ;-) Best regards Jo
