  1. Hi Jam11, Could you email me a version of the show file and we'll investigate this when I'm back in the office at the end of the week. Many Thanks,
  2. Hi Nick, Which version of the Common Fixture Manager are you using? As I posted in the other thread that you posted this problem in, we have discovered a problem in the Common Fixture Manager that affects all our older discontinued desks. We have updated the website so that discontinued products point to an older version of the Common Fixture Manager. I hope this helps, http://support.zero88.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=5774&st=0&p=23825entry23825
  3. Hi John, Thanks for the feedback. I have added this to our database as issue JES-3253. Many Thanks
  4. I'm glad that's helped. I think you have summed up what we are trying to achieve. It's for this reason that the Cope / Move buttons don't just say that, but say 'Copy To' and 'Move To' - there's no confusion in which way around to type the syntax. However, thanks for the feedback, and please keep it coming. We take all suggestions seriously, and they get logged into a database which we then discuss and prioritise.
  5. Hi Karleaton, The Record syntax is consistent, in such as you always follow these steps: - Start with what you want to record. This might be bring up channels, laying out the screens, or entering a pre recorded item (such as a palette). - Second, press record - Third, state where you want it. This might be by typing CUE 1, or by pressing <UDK> So, the syntax CUE n RECORD <UDK> is following this by stating that you want the contents of CUE n, RECORDed in <UDK> I hope this clears things up,
  6. If you want to record information that's not in the programmer (ie from Submasters or UDKs), you need to turn on 'Smart Tag' or 'Snap Shot'. These can both be turned on in the record window that pops up when you press RECORD.
  7. Hi, Check that your Floppy isn't write protected, and maybe try a few different disks. If that doesn't work, give Keith a call on the number in his signature above. Cheers

Hi Piero, The old FROG 2 hardware has 2 USB ports on the front, whereas the new hardware only has the one. There are a lot of changes to the layout of the back panel too (such as more USB ports etc), but this is the easiest to see! Hope this helps,
  9. Hi Si, I think we can hopefully help you. Keith is the best person to contact - he's out of the office today (Thursday), but you can try tomorrow. His number is +44 (0) 1633 833 101. Hope he can help you further,
  10. Hi Stephen, Your best bet is to phone Keith, who's our Service Manager, on +44 (0) 1633 833 101.
  11. Hi Veit, We've added you to the Beta Test program - you should now see an additional forum inside 'ZerOS Consoles' called 'Beta Test'. All the instructions and downloads you need are available from here. Thank You for agreeing to help us Beta Test.
  12. Hi RT59, We have been made aware that certain touch screen drivers have stopped working in Version 6.0.0 of the ZerOS software, which is the release being shipped on new ORBs and ORB XFs. Our software team are currently debugging this problem, and we hope we will have a software release out in the next week or two that will fix this and several other small bugs. I hope this helps,
  13. Hi Damo, What control are you wanting? The best thing to install would be the 'ZerOS Remote Monitor', which is available to download, free of charge, here. If I can be any further help please let me know. Many Thanks
  14. Hi Techbppac, Thank's for your feedback and suggestions. That's not quite how tracking works, so we couldn't quite implement it like that. However, having true 'undo' functionality is listed as a future feature to look into implementing. At the moment, you can use backspace to go back into the command line and undo each change you have done, step-by-step, up until you last pressed record or cleared the command line.
  15. If you would like to send it to me to check, please feel free to do so. We can also include it in our next release of the fixture library.
  16. Hi, We provide all the tools to create your own fixture list here: http://support.zero88.com/main/en/product/88 You need to download 'Fixture Tools Version 2.5' and the step by step instructions 'Fixture Editor User Guide'. These are both listed under 'software'. Hope this helps,
  17. Try downloading the ZerOS Remote Monitor software for Windows, and using either a router, or a crossover cable, try connecting your laptop / computer to the console and making that connection. This will be a good way to see if your console's Ethernet port is working correctly.
  18. Hi James, Sorry - there is no way to do this on our smaller, Jester consoles.
  19. Hi Elli, We're currently on version 6 of the software, which was released late last year. We are working on a couple bug fixes which managed to creep in, however we have not set a release date for this software yet - however it won't be too far away! Hope this helps,
  20. Hi, The English manual can be downloaded from here: http://common.zero88.com/public/files/Mambo_Frog_Manual_Issue3C.pdf I hope this helps
  21. What version of software are you running? You can find this in Setup > Files > Desk Information > Software Version
  22. Hi Daniel, There is no reason why this won't work. If it's a direct link you will need to use a crossover cable, and ensure that the first 3 parts of the IP address match on your laptop and on the console, with the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 Hope this helps,
  23. Page 45 of the manual above details how to edit the patch.
  24. Hi, All the information is available in the manual, which can be found on our website to download, or by following this direct link (pdf). http://common.zero88.com/public/files/Leap+Frog+48_96+Manual+Issue+3.pdf I hope this helps
  25. Hi, We provide all the tools for free to make these yourself. They are available to download here: http://support.zero88.com/main/en/product/9 You need to download Fixture Tools V 2.1 and the Fixture Editor User Guide. Alternatively we can make this for you, but there is a small backlog at the moment so it might be quicker to use the tools provided. If you do make it, it would be great if you can send it through so we can include it in the Global Fixture Library for other people to use it too. Thanks
