  1. There's not a way to change the resolution at the moment I'm afraid
  2. Hi, I've replied to this question in the other thread where you asked the same question: http://support.zero88.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3959&view=findpost&p=24569
  3. If you have a monitor plugged in, you will see x.1 thru x.9 inserted between the two cues. However, if you don't have a monitor plugged in, you won't see anything happen on the small blue LCD, but they have been inserted. So press insert, and then use the down arrow to scroll down into your new cues. I hope that makes sense?
  4. Hi both, We have seen a fewcustomers try this and have success. However, this is not something that we can recommend or support.
  5. Here is the fixture file for the LED tube, if you can send me the details of the other fixture I will make this too. daisylight.ift
  6. Hi JIm, Have a look at this document: http://common.zero88.com/public/files/ZerOSNetworking_Iss1.pdf You need to read section 3, which starts on page 5. If you have any further questions after reading this, let us know. I hope this helps,
  7. Hi Jim, Please find the fixture your require attached. Regards, eurolite_led_pst_9w_rgb_dmx_spot.ift
  8. Hi Glenn, I've found both products here: http://www.irradianthq.com/LED-Wash-Series/p-LED-Color-Bank-12x8.html http://www.daisylight.com/led/DL-LT102.html However, neither website has the DMX break down, they just say that they use 5 channels each. Do you have the manuals for the products? Could you let me know what the 5 channels are for each? With this information i can then make the profiles. Many Thanks
  9. Sorry Glenn, I went straight into the thread and didn't see the topic's tile. We will work on these are let you know when they are done.
  10. The normal Jester range have a Copy/Paste button. The ML and TL series have a different way of copying and pasting. Go to the memory you want to copy, press 'edit', and then go to the memory you wish to record into and press 'program'. Hope this helps,
  11. Hi ferg, Peter who was dealing with your issue is out of the office this week I'm afraid, sorry. I have passed this onto our software and service teams to see if they can help. When you set the time, does the clock count up as you would expect, or does it stay on the time you set? Thanks,
  12. That's very strange. Are you definitely running the latest desk software? We're currently on ZerOS 7.2.1. You can look this up by going into SETUP > FILES > Desk Information
  13. Did this work?
  14. Hi Danno, Which version of software on the console are you running? Try disabling the password on the console to see if the software connects properly. Regards,
  15. Hi Norm, Does this happen on all the screens, or just Channel Faders? I've logged this with our software development team as issue ZOS-4036, which points them back to this thread. Regards,
  16. Hi Tim, Which console are you using? Only our ZerOS consoles read the parameter details, which are the Leap Frog 48 & 96, ORB, ORB XF, Solution, Solution XL and Frog 2. Jon
  17. Hi Norm, There is no file attached to your post? Jon
  18. This topic is now being dealt with off-forum
  19. Hi Sven, I'm looking into it at the moment. We have a backlog of fixture requests from over PLASA.
  20. Hi Sven, Sorry for the slow response. I don't recall getting your email, but I will go back and check through my past emails. Which date did you send it on? Jon
  21. Hi Cliff, If you switch the submasters to 'SOLO" instead of 'FLASH' then only what you program onto that Submaster will be outputted when you hold down the flash key. I think this is what you are looking for? Jon
  22. Hi Steven, Just press SHIFT + CUE SHIFT + other buttons on the desk open windows associated to that button, so SHIFT + MACRO opens the macro window, SHIFT + EFFECT opens the effects palettes and editor etc etc. Alternatively, VIEW STACK n ENTER will open a specific Cue Stack, even if that stack isn't selected. Hope this helps,
  23. Hi Vadim, I'm afraid this isn't possible. However, if you have a MIDI card installed on the desk, you can plug in a MIDI keyboard and set each key to be a memory. You do this by going to: SETUP > Desk Setup > Inputs > MIDI Notes > Memories I hope this helps, http://translate.google.com/ Здравствуйте Вадим, Боюсь, это невозможно.
  24. Hi, Yes, you can. All fixtures will work across the full range of Zero 88 consoles, both old and new. For our ZerOS consoles (the Operating System that runs on the Leap Frog 48) you are able to add Gobo Images, Gell Colours and other details into the fixture profile using the same software you wrote the original fixture in, however these are not crucial to program, just make things a bit easier and quicker.
